Inspiration Boutique Policies

Orders 

 

We may not have the size/color or style you need at the boutique today, but we'd like to get it for you if possible - If the item(s) you need are in-stock with one of our vendors and we can include your order with one of our regular orders, there will be no shipping cost to you.

 

Special Orders 

 

Orders that are considered "special orders" from our vendors (may include N or W widths in some shoe styles, cut-to-order fashion dance wear) may take 6 - 8 weeks to arrive. Shipping costs will be added to your invoice. These special orders are not returnable.

 

Payment

 

We accept payment by credit card and check.

 

Returns/Exchanges  

 

We will accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of purchase as follows:

• Items must have been purchased at our boutique, verified through your account or emailed receipt. Returns will be made via the same type of payment, i.e. credit card or check.  There will be no credits toward a JDC student account.

• Clothing - Must be unwashed & unworn with no deodorant or make-up stains and have all hangtags attached to the garment.

• Shoes - Shoes must be in box/container as sold with no sign that the shoes have been worn - no damage or scratches on the surface or bottom of the shoes. 

• Tights - Tights are not returnable at all. 

• Hair accessories, Special Orders as described above, and sale items are not returnable.

 

Care

 

Dancewear & tights:

Each item will have a care label sewn in. We recommend separating leotards/tights by color group into lingerie bags to machine wash in cool temperatures and hanging to air dry whenever possible.  

 

SoDanca canvas ballet shoes:

These are machine washable!  We recommend placing them in a lingerie bag to wash in cooler temperatures and air drying.

 

It's best not to use fabric softener when washing any of your dance wear/ballet shoes as it inhibits moisture wicking features.
